Mr. Sergei Glinka, an influential figure in the Transmashholding Group of Companies from 2001 to 2018, played a vital role in shaping its success. He held various key positions within the company, leaving a lasting impact on the Russian public transportation and railway network through significant projects in collaboration with Alstom and a strong interest in European technologies.

As a shareholder and the Senior Vice President of Transmashholding in early 2009, Mr. Sergei Glinka demonstrated his keen business acumen. From 2013 to 2015, he served as the Commercial Director, overseeing business development, customer relationships and product projects. • The “Ivolga” electric train, which revolutionized suburban and urban traffic in Moscow and the surrounding region.

• The Vityaz low-floor tram, an innovative tram model with a 100% low-floor design, that has significantly transformed the Moscow tram fleet. These trams are also successfully operating in St. Petersburg and other cities across Russia.

• The “Moskva” metro carriages, a new generation of metro cars that have become an integral part of the Moscow metro system. They have even been exported to Baku (Azerbaijan) and Tashkent (Uzbekistan).
