Method 2- Verify the Date & Time Setting

Method 3- Allow Window Permission to QuickBooks 

  • At first, close the QuickBooks.
  • Then, go to the C:\Program Files (x86).
  • When you see the Intuit folder, right-click on the folder and choose the properties.
  • Now, choose the Security tab and then click on the Advanced option. 
  • Make sure that first, the folder owner is the User Group.
  • To start the process, the user needs to shut down the QuickBooks Software and search for the link of the program files. 
  • Now, locate the QuickBooks files folder and right-click on the properties.
  • Then, tick on the Security and Advance options.
  • At last, you have to verify the owner’s current file folder in the user group and then have to complete the task.

Method 4- Internet Explorer Setting Verification

  • Firstly, go to the tool tab and click on the Internet option.
  • Now, go to the Advance.
  • Check and select SSL 3.0 and use SSL2.0
  • After that, you have to click on apply and then click on OK to save the changes.

Method 5- Check Firewall Setting

For your computer security if you are using the third-party firewall, then ensure that the qbw32.exe and the qbupdate.exe file have full access to go through from the firewall. 

Method 6- Reinstall QuickBooks by Using Clean Install

  • Initially, open the Run windows by pressing and holding the Windows+R key together.
  • Then, enter appwiz.cpl and then click on OK.
  • Now, click on the QuickBooks and Uninstall option under the Program and Feature sections.
  • Click on the Yes option. Then, click on the Next button.
  • Now, select Remove.  
  • At last, wait for some time to remove the QuickBooks from your system Desktop. 
Run the Clean Install Tool
  • Firstly, you have to download and install the QuickBooks Tools Hub.
  • Now, click on the QuickBooks Tool Hub icon and then tap on Yes.
  • When QuickBooks Tool Hub opens then click on the Installation Issues.
  • Now, click on QuickBooks Clean Install Tool
  • At last, choose the QuickBooks Version and Product Version. Then, you have to tap on Continue.
