Yes, you are in business to make money at the end of the day. You also likely have a love for the exercise business. That said, you can’t be overcharging members again and again and expect them to be happy.
With that thought in mind, look at what competing gyms charge their members. This will give you a better sense if you are going about your pricing the right way. If you in fact are all too often overcharging, think of revisiting your pricing scale.

Last; make it a point to keep your gym as clean as possible.
So, do you clean your premises on a daily basis? Doing so can lessen the chances of any illnesses taking shape. That means wiping down the equipment on a regular basis. Also be sure to have proper ventilation in the gym and more.
