MultCloud — Manage Multiple Cloud Drives, Easily Transfer/Sync Files with a Single Interface

User Guide

To use Multcloud, you need to log in to your account. After opening the website, click “Sign up Free” and enter your email, username, password and other data to create a free account, or click “Try without signing up” to get the account and password provided by the system.

Log in to your account and you will see the management interface. First click on the “Add Cloud” to manage the cloud drive you want to manage. Click on the cloud drive icon and continue to the next step (taking Google drive as an example).

Then you will be asked to log in to your Drive account, which is to authorize Multcloud to access/manage files.

Note: If you need to manage multiple cloud drives, please continue to click “Add Cloud” to complete the login and authorization steps one by one.

Drives that have been added will appear in the left column. Click on the cloud drive to perform management operations such as deleting, downloading, cutting, copying, previewing, renaming and obtaining sharing links.

The advantage of using Multcloud is that it can transfer across cloud drives and synchronize with cloud drives. The Cloud Transfer allows users to easily transfer files from Drive A to Drive B (such as transfer Google Drive to another account), and the transfer program will continue to run even if the computer is shut down.

After specifying the file path in “From:” and “To:“, click “Options” to select how to handle duplicate files and automatically delete the source files. Click “Transfer Now” to start the task for Multcloud to transfer files.

Click the “Task List” icon under “Common Tools“. There will be a record of executed tasks and you can view the progress.

Wait for the transfer to complete, open the destination cloud drive and you will see the files transferred via Multcloud, which saves time and convenience without manual operation.

Cloud Sync can easily sync two cloud storage services or files on different cloud storage services. At present, Multcloud provides One-way Sync, Two-way Sync, Real Time Sync. And, One-way Sync includes Simple Sync, Mirror Sync, Move Sync, Cumulative Sync, Update Sync, Incremental Sync and Full Backup Sync. In addition, you can set a scheduled sync to automatically synchronize data between drives at a fixed time interval.

You can use Multcloud for free, limit the data traffic of 30GB per month, and there is no advanced function. It should be enough for ordinary users. If necessary, you can consider a paid plan.
